1. What is an email alias?
An email alias simply forwards email messages to another email address.
Your alias will not have its own storage space, username, or password
like a real email address, and must be associated with another email
address. Email aliases have the advantage of sending to more than one
address. You can use an alias to distribute email messages to a group
of people.
2. How many email accounts am I allowed to
have?
We will allow you to have a maximum of unlimited email addresses.
3. How much space for the email account ? How
it was calculated ?
Users could make use of our Mailenable software which offers a web-based
interface to allocate quota for each user account with the maximum total
not exceeding the size allowed under the plan.
4. What is Forwarders and Autoresponders?
A forwarder is a email redirect tools that will redirect your email
to another mail account e.g. abc@hotmail.com. Each email account could
setup its forwarders.Autoresponders is an automatic email that will
send an email to the sender immediately notifying him that the email
was received. The autoresponders is configurable.
5. What is POP3 and SMTP?
POP3 accounts are email accounts that you can receive email from your
visitors on the Internet. They allow you to receive email only. POP3
accounts come with their own username and password to access them. With
POP3 email, you can create a very well organized site with different
POP3 accounts for different areas of your web pages. Incoming mail server
(POP3): mail.yourdomainname.comFor example, if your domain name is "abc.com",
your incoming mail server name will be "mail.abc.com".We do
not provide SMTP, client can use the SMTP provided from their ISP.Some

6. Will I need to pay for exceeding email quota?
No, you don't need pay for over-quota storage. Once the storage quota
is exceeded, you cannot receive email until the quota is big enough
to receive new emails. The sender will receive an email notification
advising the sender that the account is over-quota.
