1. How much will be charged additionally if the payment is overdue ?
There is no overdue penalty. A notification email will be sent to the account owner upon the payment due date. The account will be suspended after 7 days of overdue. And after the 7 days of service suspension, the customer will be recognized as self termination. And thus, their data will be removed from the server without further notice.

2. Is there any charge if the account has to be reactivated after service suspension?
Account Activation fee is HK$200.

3.How to make payment to Webscenter ?
We accept cheque, bank deposit, or online credit card payment through Paypal. You can enjoy 10% discount by making 12-month prepayment or 20% discount for 24-month prepayment.Cheque is made payable to ATL Technology Ltd at 16/F, 88 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong. User can also arrange Bank deposit at Hong Kong Bank 012-801-0-001634-6. For online credit card payment - please log on to Online Payment Order Page in our website. After payment, please send us an email advising your Invoice Number and Payment Code.All payment made to ATL Technology Ltd is neither refundable nor transferable except during the first 30 days trial period.

4. How long it may take for activating my account after the payment?
After payment , users will receive an email about the account information. The domain and account will be available for use normally within 48 hours. Most domain registration companies will require a minimum of 48 hours to complete a change to your domain. Refer to your domain registration company for exact times required.Our Service commitment for account activation is as follows:

5. Can I make the payment online ?Yes, you can make the payment on line through Paypal, a payment gateway processing credit card payment.

6. How to renew my services in Webscenter?We will send email notification to all customers about service renewal usually 1 month before the expiration date. Customers have to made payment through any of the payment method mentioned above with the exact amount stated in the email before the expiration date.

7. What's the quickest way to set up my account ?
Webscenter will only set up your account after payment has been received. Online payment through payment gateway is the fastest method of payment.

8. Why is my account on hold ?
Your account may be on hold due to overdue hosting payment or you may have violated the AUP or any terms and conditions as stipulated when you sign up for Webscenter service.

9. How do I update my account contact information ?
Customer has to sent an e-mail at support@webscenter advising us any necessary changes.

10. How can I cancel my account ?
Customer has to sent an e-mail at support@webscenter advising us he wants to cancel the hosting services. All payment is not refundable after 30 days trial period.

11. Will I be able to get a refund on my account if I cancel the service?
Refunds will only be issedd under our 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY. f you are not satisfied with our service, you can stop it anytime during the first 30 days trial period. Afterwards, all the payment is non refundable for whatever reasons.
